It is located in a quiet eco-agricultural area between Cana Negreta and Santa Gertrudis. The villa has 9 double bedrooms, all of them elegantly decorated with high quality furniture. All beds have comfortable mattresses. Some of the rooms are en suite and have balconies or access to terraces. The main living space of the villa features a fully modern fitted kitchen with a cooling area by the fireplace and a large Moroccan style living room with a beautiful fountain and a white grand piano. There are beautiful plants in the living room and they blend perfectly with the soft lines and warm colors of the space which gives it a very cozy feeling.

The territory around the villa is 3500 m2 with pine trees, palm trees, plants and flowers. Huge and deep swimming pool, nice outdoor area for relaxing with barbecue with a huge dining table.

Guests will definitely enjoy the villa as it is absolutely comfortable providing high speed Wifi inside and outside the villa, cable TV, air conditioning in all rooms. Stereo music system by the pool and barbecue area.

In addition, there is a casita with fireplace and sofas around with bar bar to spend a pleasant time outside the villa.

Our guests can do different kinds of activities without leaving the villa, as there is a tennis court, a field for playing soccer, a small gym with a nice view, a playground with a tree-fortification, a game room with billiards, table tennis and game machine.

The villa is perfectly suitable for 18 people and can accommodate up to 22 people.
